We took 10 of our children to the all aboard festival at Aldersley Leisure Village this morning! The children participated in different activities including football, Drumba, dancing and archery! The children had lots of fun and can’t wait to try these again in the future!
The children led a liturgy in class today which looked at God’s generosity and how we are treated the same. The children recorded how they would like to be generous and share the things they had with others in the world. Following this Go Forth message, our families reflected on how they can go forth and share this in our local community.
This morning year 4 marked the feast day of Saint Vincent De Paul with a class liturgy. Children and families reflected on how they can follow Saint Vincent De Paul’s footsteps by pledging acts of kindness and charity. Thank you to the families that joined us this morning.
Our newly elected School Council members met for the first time today. They discussed ideas for play times and lunch times and were keen to talk about how we could recycle more to avoid wasting paper.
Yesterday, our local PCSO visited Year 5 to speak to them regarding the understanding of terminology and to help support them with how best to deal with difficult situations.

Wolves Foundation visited our Year 4, 5 and 6 children this afternoon to promote free football sessions at Aldersley Leisure Village through Premier League Kicks.
Mixed sessions are on Friday and Saturday at 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Girls only sessions are on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
During the assembly, there was a freestyle skill competition and both our entrants received prizes!
Today, we took some of our Key Stage 2 children to Pennfields Bowls Club where they experiences Crown Green Bowls! The children really enjoyed themselves and several said they were now ‘Bowling Masters!’
