After arriving yesterday, the children made their beds, unpacked and had lunch. They then split into three groups and went on separate walks in the mountains along some lakes including Llyn Elsi. On arriving back at Towers, the children had dinner and pudding before getting ready for their evening activity. We then went out as a whole group for a night walk with torches into the local forest, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. We then returned for a hot chocolate with the children finally going to bed around 9.30.

Ten Year 2 children represented SS Peter and Paul at a multi skills event last week at Wolverhampton Grammar School. The children worked as a team to win as many points as possible in events that tested different skills including: balance, speed, target throwing and agility.

They performed brilliantly and ended up coming second, each achieving a silver medal. They also achieved a certificate which was presented to them in praise assembly. Thank you to all the parents that came to support their children, it was much appreciated.
